1. Free Diagnosis
The basic diagnosis is free and does not require payment.
2. Paid Digital Report
The full AI diagnosis report is a digital product. Once the report has been generated and delivered, it is generally not refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
- You paid but the report was not generated.
- A technical error prevented delivery of the report.
- You were charged incorrectly.
- Duplicate payment occurred.
4. Non-refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided if:
- The report has already been generated and delivered.
- You are not satisfied with the business outcome after following the suggestions.
- The data you submitted was incomplete or inaccurate.
- You expected guaranteed sales or profit results.
5. Technical Failure
If report generation fails due to a technical issue, we may regenerate the report, provide a rule-based report first and regenerate the AI report later, or issue a refund if the report cannot be delivered.
6. How to Request a Refund

4. 不支持退款的情况

5. 技术故障
如果因技术问题导致报告生成失败，我们可能重新生成报告、先提供规则版报告并稍后补发 AI 报告，或在无法交付时退款。
